What I eat in a day videos have become so popular I thought I might as well share my point of view. These photos are from Snapchat so not the best quality, and certainly not everything I eat in a day, but maybe they’ll give you some ideas on things to make for yourself.
First, one of the easiest and yummiest things to make, a strawberry smoothie. Two ripe bananas, 6 medium sized strawberries, a half cup of water, and a few ice cubes (unless your bananas or strawberries are frozen). So simple, so good!
Sweet potato fries are one of my favorite snacks. I make mine without oil and they are perfect! Want to make your own? Keep scrolling…
What you’ll need:
-1 sweet potato
-1/2 of a lime
-cutting board
-large knife
-container with lid or bowl
-toaster oven or oven
-oven safe tray
Directions:
-Peel your sweet potato
-cut sweet potato into strips with a large knife (the thicker the strips the chewier, the thinner the quicker they get crispy)
-put strips into container or bowl
-cut a lime in half and squeeze it over strips
-close lid and shake or stir strips if in a bowl
-place strips on tray
-cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, flip, then cook for another 15 minutes
-remove, let cool for a few minutes so they are warm and not hot
-enjoy!
This has to be my favorite thing to make at home. It’s so tasty, filling, and healthy!
Ingredients:
-brown rice
-black beans
-corn
-cucumber
-salsa (of your choice)
-red leaf lettuce
I don’t know about you but… I’m hungry, now!
